  • 2tbs X-Primo Burgundy Blend ground coffee
  • 100ml cold UHT milk
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 50ml liquid whipping cream
  • 180g ice
  • 30ml hot water
  • 20g whipped cream
Cooking instructions
  1. Brew X-Primo Burgundy coffee powder with hot water, then strain out the grounds.

  2. Prepare a blender, then add the coffee, milk, simple syrup, whipping cream, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a serving glass, then add whipped cream as a topping.

  4. Cappuccino Frappe is ready to serve.
