- Season the sirloin steak with salt and Majah Black Pepper Coarse.
- Mix CS Multi-purpose Seasoned Flour with water, then coat the sirloin with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the sirloin until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain.
- Prepare the asparagus by trimming the tough ends, then blanch or steam for 2–3 minutes until tender.
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into French fries, and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
- Cut the tomato into thick slices or large chunks as desired.
- In a small saucepan, mix CS Demi-Glace with boiling water and stir over low heat until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the sirloin steak and serve on a plate with asparagus, fries, and tomato slices, then drizzle with the demi-glace sauce.
