Deep Fried Sirlion Steak

Ingredients

  • 200g beef sirloin
  • 100g CS Multi-purpose flour
  • 100g CS Demiglace Sauce
  • 200g asparagus
  • 100g potato
  • 100g beef tomato
  • 5g Majah Black Pepper Coarse
  • Some water to mix flour with
  • Cooking Oil
Cooking instructions
  1. Season the sirloin steak with salt and Majah Black Pepper Coarse.
  2. Mix CS Multi-purpose Seasoned Flour with water, then coat the sirloin with the mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sirloin until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain.
  4. Prepare the asparagus by trimming the tough ends, then blanch or steam for 2–3 minutes until tender.
  5. Peel the potatoes, cut them into French fries, and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
  6. Cut the tomato into thick slices or large chunks as desired.
  7. In a small saucepan, mix CS Demi-Glace with boiling water and stir over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  8. Slice the sirloin steak and serve on a plate with asparagus, fries, and tomato slices, then drizzle with the demi-glace sauce.
