Pour the vanilla pudding into a tube-shaped mold, then let it sit until set. Cook CS Chocolate Pudding powder with water in another saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Pour the chocolate pudding into a half-sphere mold. Once the vanilla pudding is set, remove it from the mold. Sprinkle chocolate biscuit crumbs on a plate, then place the vanilla pudding on top. Once the chocolate pudding is set, remove it from the mold and attach it to the vanilla pudding using a toothpick to form a mushroom shape. Sprinkle a bit of cocoa powder to create a “soil” effect like a mushroom. Add mint leaves as decoration.
