- Boil the oxtail pieces in a pot of water.
- Dice the carrots, potatoes, and onion.
- Add the diced onion, crushed ginger, Majah Nutmeg Powder, and Majah Garlic Powder into the pot.
- Add CS Beef Stock and cook over medium heat until the oxtail becomes tender.
- Once the oxtail is tender, add the diced potatoes and carrots, and cook until they are soft.
- The oxtail soup is ready to serve.
