Oxtail Soup

Ingredients

  • 1kg oxtail
  • 500g potatoes
  • 500g carrots
  • 5g Majah Nutmeg powder
  • 10g Majah Garlic Powder
  • 100g CS Beef Stock
  • 3 liters water
  • 100g onion
  • 50g ginger
Cooking instructions
  1. Boil the oxtail pieces in a pot of water.
  2. Dice the carrots, potatoes, and onion.
  3. Add the diced onion, crushed ginger, Majah Nutmeg Powder, and Majah Garlic Powder into the pot.
  4. Add CS Beef Stock and cook over medium heat until the oxtail becomes tender.
  5. Once the oxtail is tender, add the diced potatoes and carrots, and cook until they are soft.
  6. The oxtail soup is ready to serve.
